Plain-English Terms of Service

The short version of what BookerMove provides, what you agree to when you sign up, and how SMS messaging works. A counsel-reviewed long form ships with billing launch; this page is the operator-grade summary in the meantime.

What BookerMove provides

BookerMove is a managed messaging + AI receptionist system for local service businesses. We answer missed calls, capture quote and appointment requests, send confirmations and reminders, and route deposits via Stripe. Setup is configured by our team with you on a short call — no developer needed on your side.

Acceptable use

You must own or be authorized to communicate with the customers whose phone numbers BookerMove handles on your behalf. You agree not to use BookerMove for unsolicited marketing, fraud, harassment, regulated industries that prohibit automated messaging (e.g. cannabis, regulated firearms), or any activity that violates carrier or federal SMS rules (TCPA, CAN-SPAM).

SMS messaging consent + opt-out

  • What you consent to: By providing your phone number to a BookerMove-powered business (or by texting one), you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your inquiry, booking, deposit, reminders, and operational follow-ups from that business.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction (typically 1–5 messages per booking cycle).
  • Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any BookerMove-sent message at any time to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages from that business on that number.
  • Help: Reply HELP for support or email support@bookermove.com.
  • No sharing of opt-in: SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Pilot pricing

BookerMove runs a flat $399/mo pilot during MVP. No contract, no penalty to cancel, no long-term commitment. Setup is included. Public checkout is not exposed; Jay confirms your tier on a short demo call before any payment path opens.

Liability + warranty

BookerMove is provided as-is during the MVP pilot. We do our best to keep the engine running and your messages delivered, but we can’t guarantee third-party carrier delivery, customer response rates, or revenue outcomes. Aggregate liability is capped at the prior month’s subscription fee.
